Leeum prefers to invest in apartments in the middle- priced rent segment. Due to our investment profile we are searching for liberalized apartments in the range of 50 sqm to 75 sqm. For our portfolio we are looking for properties that are move- in ready, but we are also interested in acquiring properties that still need renovation.
We always buy without any financing clause.
In case an apartment is not yet liberalized, but has the potential to be liberalized, the property could fit very well in our portfolio. This also applies to properties that have not yet been judicially dived in apartment rights. In case you would like to liquidate your personal wealth but you are not ready to move, we are very much willing to discus the possibilities for a sale-and-lease- back construction.
